BROWS

Waxing cannot be performed if the client has:
1. Taken Accutane within the last 6 months.
2. Received microblading, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or microneedling within the last 2 weeks.
3. Dry, thin, overexfoliated, or fragile skin.
4. Taken antibiotics or steroids within the last 30 days.
5. Inflammation, sunburn, swelling, cut or abrasions in the treatment area.

To prepare for your brow wax appointment:
1. Avoid the use of retinoids for at least 5 days before and after your wax service including, but not limited to, tretinoin/Retin-A, Adapalene, and Differin.
2. Avoid the use of exfoliants for at least 3 days before and after your wax service. This includes scrubs and brushes, alpha hydroxy acids/AHAs (lactic, glycolic, mandelic), and other skin sensitizing agents such as benzoyl peroxide and retinol. Exfoliating too close to your brow wax can increase the risk for skin irritation or injury.
3. Avoid sun exposure at least 48 hours before and after your service.

Your brows will remain malleable for the first 24 hours after a brow lamination. For best results, avoid the following for at least one day:
1. Makeup
2. Exercise/sweating
3. Hot water, steam, and swimming
4. Touching or rubbing your brows
5. Sleeping on your face

In the 6-8 weeks between your brow lamination treatments, keep your brows hydrated and moisturized by using the brow conditioner recommended during your service or by using a proper skin care regimen.

LASHES

To prepare for your lash lift appointment:

 1. Come to your appointment without any eye makeup and avoid using waterproof mascara 2 to 3 days prior as it can leave a residue that may prevent lashes from lifting properly. We do not reserve time for the removal of heavy eye makeup with our lash lift treatments. Coming to your appointment with eye makeup that cannot be thoroughly and efficiently removed will result in the cancellation of services and the total cost of the scheduled services charged to the credit card on file.
2. Discontinue the use of lash growth serums for at least 5 days prior to your appointment.
3. Remove your contact lenses.
4. Ensure lash extensions are completely removed. We do not remove lash extensions.
